PM to leave for Turkey today on a three-day visit

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif is embarking upon a three day visit to Turkey from Wednesday to attend the 5th Session of the Pakistan-Turkey High Level Strategic Cooperation Council.He will be accompanied by a high-level delegation, consisting of ministers and senior officials.Together with Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim, the Prime Minister would co-chair meeting of Strategic cooperation to be held in Ankara on Thursday. The two sides will discuss cooperation in diverse sectors.A number of Agreements/MoUs are also expected to be signed on the occasion.Nawaz Sharif would also hold wide-ranging consultations with the Turkish leadership on bilateral, regional and international issues.During the visit, Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif would be meeting with President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. – local channel
